Torq Energy Drink is a light, refreshing isotonic energy drink with a natural flavour, a fast-assimilating formula with a 2:1 Maltodextrin:Fructose ratio and 5 key electrolytes (Sodium, Chloride, Magnesium, Potassium and Calcium). It is part of the Torq Fuelling System series. It therefore complements the use of Torq gels and energy bars for high-performance nutrition and optimum performance. Torq Energy Drink provides 30 grams of multiple transportable carbohydrates (1 Torq unit) per 500 ml, while offering an optimal source of energy. This product will also provide water and electrolytes to maintain hydration needs and the body's homeostatic balance.
The recommended dose is 1 scoop filled to the brim for 250 ml of water, 2 scoops for 500 ml, 3 scoops for 750 ml and 4 scoops for 1 liter.

Delivery & Tracking
We send all our parcels with Royal Mail Tracked 48, you will receive a tracking number to your email once the order is dispatched. For larger pallet items we use DSV, you will receive a reference number and information on pallet delivery. Some items we sell will take more time because of size and dispatch location.
