Rhodius Cutting Disc XTK35 Cross – 115 X 1.9 X 22.2mm, enables cutting and grinding in just one step – with a disc thickness of 1.9 mm.
For freehand use, the XTK35 CROSS cutting disc is suitable for angle grinders in any performance class.
The XTK35 CROSS has been specially designed for use on stainless steel (SST, Inox), e.g. 1.4031 (X5CrNi18-10 or 304), steel (carbon steel – also termed structural steel, St37, S235JR and 1.0037) and cast steels, as well as aluminium and other non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass and bronze, etc.
This combination disc contains high-quality corundum (aluminium oxide) plus 3 full-coverage glass cloth layers. For this disc, the minimum side load as defined by EN 12413 and oSa is 290 N with grinding disc approval. The expiry date (three years) is embossed in the disc hole ring. Sophisticated in-process controls applied during manufacturing (Made in Germany) ensure a consistently high level of quality. To ensure a maximum level of safety, every thousandth disc is tested destructively. This disc features a depressed shape with grinding disc approval (shape 27).
