Absodan Plus Absorption Granules are the ultimate solution for managing liquid spills in industrial, commercial, and environmental settings. Manufactured through a sophisticated thermal process known as calcination, these granules are based on Moler, making them non-combustible and chemically inert. This ensures they are safe to use with virtually all types of liquids, excluding hydrofluoric acids (HF aq). Whether you need to absorb oil, water, acids, bases, or organic solutions, Absodan Plus offers reliable performance.
Key Features:
- Universal Absorbent: Capable of absorbing a wide range of liquids including oils, acids, bases, and aqueous solutions, making it a versatile choice for various applications.
- High Absorption Capacity: Absorbs up to 86% of its weight in oil and 122% in water, ensuring efficient liquid management.
- Chemically Inert: Safe to use with all liquids except hydrofluoric acids, as it does not react with absorbed substances.
- Non-Combustible: Made from Moler, which contains no organic materials, providing non-combustible properties and added safety.
- Encapsulation Technology: The absorbed liquid is securely encapsulated within the granules’ porous structure, preventing leakage and further contamination.
- Durable Granules: Remains hard even when fully saturated, maintaining effectiveness and ease of cleanup.
- Fire-Retardant Properties: When used in large quantities, Absodan Plus can exhibit fire-retardant properties, adding an extra layer of safety.
